Dear Faculty and Staff,

Thank you to everyone who took the time to submit your honest feedback on this year’s Gallup survey. We were glad to see more than 71% of our campus responded, and overall campus engagement increased from 3.84 to 3.92. We also noted that a number of areas are not engaged and feel we need to improve our campus and divisional culture. We hear you and want you to know we are dedicated to improving our workplace, building supportive relationships, and working together as a community.

The detailed results are available on the Gallup Employee Engagement website for you to review. We ask supervisors in areas that have scores below 25% engagement to take workshops in November and December that will support you and your teams. We also welcome any supervisor who wants to boost engagement and workplace satisfaction for their teams to optionally participate in these sessions. This year we made real progress, and we look forward to hearing more from you so we can become a first-choice place to work.
