Introduces the major aspects of cruise events management. Topics include introduction to cruise ship management, the planning process for cruise events, technologies related to cruise events, marketing management, sustainable practices, and safety and risk management.
Modern Wedding Planning (3 hrs)
Comprehensive introductory course to the design and execution of the modern wedding. Emphasis on culture, inclusion and the role of the wedding within the hospitality industry.
